Dr. Matthew Ogunbukola

Matthew Ogunbukola is an expert Project, Program, and Portfolio Manager. He has been managing high-impact and high-visibility projects for the last twenty years. Matthew is a certified project manager. 

​

Matthew provides leadership in Project/Program/Portfolio Management process improvement, organizational strategy, training, and mentoring.  He has worked in senior roles with several organizations, including Chams Plc, Supercard Limited, ChamsMobile, HXT. KRYPTOS DC and Vogue Point Limited. His experience includes general management, operations management, marketing, strategic planning, and project management.

 

He has created and implemented plans that delivered measurable results and increased company value. Matthew has an HND in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu Nigeria, Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Management from Stratford College of Business and Management in the United Kingdom, an MBA from Sunderland University in the United Kingdom, and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Management. (DBA) in 2021 from California Intercontinental University USA.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Led a team of project managers, software developers, and operations executives to implement the mobile money payment platform for Chams PLC, approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2012.

After a successful implementation of the solution, the Central Bank granted a final license to operate as a Mobile Money Payment Operator.

Functioned as a Program Manager for identity management projects in Nigeria.

Led the team that helps the Maryland Action Community, a non-profit organization in the United States, to restructure its operational process.
